The client required a high-efficiency, high-precision system to meet the mass production needs of catheters, sampling tubes, infusion tubes, silicone tubes, and other medical-grade tubing. The scope included precise cutting, end finishing, and automated sorting.
After thorough discussions and on-site evaluations, our engineering team developed a dedicated automated production line integrating fully automatic medical tube cutting machines, end chamfering modules, and online dimensional inspection systems. The solution ensured cutting length accuracy, consistent end quality, and stable production speed within a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
Within weeks of installation, the new production line significantly increased output capacity while maintaining strict medical device manufacturing standards, helping the client accelerate the global launch of new products.
In the following optimization phase, we added multiple automation features, including a quick-change system for multi-size tubing, a non-damaging clamping and feeding mechanism, and an automatic counting and packaging module.
